Regal Beloit

Regal Beloit was outgrowing its 20-year-old manufacturing operation in southern Texas. The company needed a new facility that supported its unique cross-border partnerships with manufacturing plants in Reynosa and Monterrey, Mexico. It would also need to be designed with an eye toward future growth.

The new build-to-suit location is strategically located on the Texas–Mexico border, providing ideal access to both the Pharr International Bridge and the Anzaldúas International Bridge, streamlining logistics operations between the manufacturing facilities and the new distribution center.
