So when they set out to build a new corporate headquarters, they partnered with Pure Development to create a one-of-a-kind work environment. Pure was able to secure a 20-acre site adjacent to the bustling Indianapolis business corridor. The site also held eight acres of well-preserved woods, making it a quiet, attractive sanctuary for employees. The space was carefully planned to accommodate SEP’s growth potential, reserving space for 50,000 additional square feet of future innovative office space.
